Looking for original art without the added decisions of choosing a mount, frame and finish? This collection brings together framed South African art that is ready to take its place in your home.
Each artwork has already been professionally framed, allowing you to see the complete piece before you buy. There is no need to imagine how it might look once finished - or to arrange a separate visit to the framer. Simply choose the work that speaks to you, unpack it when it arrives and decide where it belongs.
The collection includes original paintings, works on paper and limited-edition prints by contemporary South African artists. From bold statement pieces for a living room to smaller framed artworks for a hallway, bedroom or carefully considered gallery wall, every work has been selected for its quality, originality and lasting appeal.
A frame does more than make an artwork ready to hang. It protects the work, gives it presence and helps it sit naturally within a room. Because the frame is shown in the listing photographs and included in the stated dimensions, you can buy with a clearer sense of the artwork’s finished scale and appearance.
All artworks in this collection are available exclusively through StateoftheART. Explore our framed art for sale and find an original, finished work that you can enjoy from the moment it arrives.
Choose the art. It's ready for your wall.
