This artwork titled "African Pied crow on a Shovel" examines climate change, and is based on bird species considered to be threatened due to climate change. The shovel is placed and juxtaposed with an African pied crow to stimulate the viewer's emotional response. A shovel is used as a metaphor to suggest death of species threatened by humans.
