This print is an embossed and it is a monotype. It is a monotype of a doily. The doily is in the foreground of the image while the backgound is mostly blue and is interrupted by small patches of exposed black layer of ink underneath. The doily that is in the foreground has a long empty shape where the floral centre piece was removed. While there is a long piece of a different cut off doily that is also printed and it spills out of the frames of the print.
