Artist Description

"Braai Boy is a piece that represents myself in a sense. It’s a slightly feminine man with a braai ‘rooster’ in front of a butchery, it’s a story I can relate to as I come from a very small conservative town, also the butchery in the background is one from my hometown. So in a sense it’s very much inspired by my own story" - Ruan Jooste
